Shipping

We process and ship orders quickly after payment confirmation. All products are carefully packed and dispatched through trusted courier partners. Shipping is free within India. Delivery times may vary by location and will be clearly communicated during checkout and in your confirmation email.

Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. Eligible items may be returned unused and in original packaging for a refund or replacement. Please note, returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing, provided they have not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

We accept secure online payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI. Your payment information is protected through our payment gateway partners—Jerry Toys does not store financial data on our servers.

Each toy is crafted from safe, eco-friendly materials. For longevity, keep them dry and clean. Parental supervision is recommended for children under age 3.
